Immunization requirements:

All students entering into the seventh grade are required by The State of Texas to have received the following immunizations prior to the start of the school year:
* 1 dose of Meningococcal
* 2 doses of Varicella or proof of having had the chicken pox
* 1 Tdap/Td booster
